La Kermesse Franco-Americaine

Hello everyone:

This is our invitiation for you to participate in this year's 26th La Kermesse festival by renting a table in our product.  The festival dates this year are Friday June 27 to Sunday June 29.  In you are interested please read the following carefully before submitting the application at the bottom.  

In order to save time, included in the price of the Product Tent Space Rental are:
one (1) product vendor festival admission pass and one (1) parking pass for one vehicle at the adjoining Waterhouse Field.  Additional festival passes may be purchased for $10.00 during setup times on the field.  A representative of La Kermesse will be available for the purchase of these passes before the gates open.

Times:
Set-up times are as follows:  Thursday, June 26 - any time; Friday, June 27- any time but must be ready for opening of festival at 4pm with all vehicles removed from the festival grounds by 2:30pm.
Operating times are as follows:  Friday, June 27 - 4pm to 11pm; Saturday, June 28 - 11am to 11pm; Sunday, June 29 - 12pm to 7pm.  You and/or your workers are responsible for setup on Thursday or Friday and teardown on Sunday evening.
We ask that someone be at your space/booth during operating hours.  This policy will be strictly enforced.  The Prospect St. service gate will be open on Sunday between 8:00pm and 9pm for vendors' convenience.  An additional fee may be charged if a vendor closes before the times indicated above.  Thank you for your understanding.

Parking:
There is parking available in various locations near the festival grounds, some on the street, at Kennedy School or at Waterhouse Field.  Other than the one (1) parking pass and the one (1) admission pass vendors are responsible for additional parking, etc.  For map & directions to the festival grounds, click on the contact link on our website.

Rules:
1.  No mobile homes, travel trailers or vehicles will be used as part of a display unless specifically designed for that use and must be approved by the festival committee.  There is no vehicle parking on the field during festival hours.
2.  Each vendor/displayer will be responsible to keep the rented area clean and safe.
3.  All workers are required to purchase an admission button to the festival apart from the pass included in the rental price.
4.  La Kermesse reserves the right to determine suitability of the sale and display of products.
5.  All workers will be properly attired with shirts and shoes.
6.  N0 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD EXCEPT IN POSTED AREAS.   La Kermesse has the right to have anyone removed from the festival grounds if he/she is found to be using drugs or alcohol while working on the field.
7.  No pets allowed on the festival grounds unless prior authorization is requested and allowed by La Kermesse.
8.  La Kermesse has the exclusive rights to its logo and this logo cannot be used, displayed or duplicated  on any items without our express permission.
9.  Selling of lighters, pocket knives, items related to illegal substances, items of sexual nature will not be allowed.  
10.No yard sale or flea market merchandise or items are allowed in the product tent.

Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the product tent may result in escorted removal from the festival grounds for the remainder of the festival weekend.  No refund will be given for space rental, passes, etc.

If you are selling a food product, your business or organization must provide us with a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.  This must accompany your application.  
I further state that I will retain a copy of the rules and regulations for reference during the festival hours.  La Kermesse reserves the right to remove from the festival grounds anyone not adhering to the above rules.
